Ledger — money in & out
⬆ Pull in — no double entry
Your other tools already made these files — bring them in instead of retyping. A bank statement arrives pre-categorized (fuel to Car & truck, MLS dues to Taxes & licenses, ads to Advertising…), RouteMap trips land in your mileage log, and WriteOffs entries land as expenses. Nothing posts until you review it — and anything already in your books is skipped, never doubled.
Statement: in your bank's app or website, export the account as CSV and pick that file. RouteMap: use its “Export trip log”. WriteOffs: use its “Export entries CSV”.
Entries
↻ Repeating — bills that hit every month
Set a bill up once and LedgerBook surfaces it here and on your Dashboard when it comes due — one tap posts it to the Ledger on its due date. Missed months stay due, so nothing quietly slips. Repeats monthly on the same day (pick the 28th or earlier so every month has it).
Mileage log
Business miles become a Line 9 deduction in Reports and Tax — they're counted once, as mileage, never double-posted as a ledger expense.

Payee totals (this year)
Totals combine expense entries tagged with a payee (Contract labor or Commissions & fees paid) and the paid payout rows below. Anyone at $600+ needs a 1099-NEC in January.

QuickBooks
Going back and forth with QuickBooks Online? Bring a CSV export over, or send your LedgerBook entries out in the format QuickBooks takes.
To import: in QuickBooks Online, open the account register (or Banking) and export it as CSV, then pick that file here. Rows land in your Ledger — you'll see exactly how many came in and how many were skipped, and why. To export: the file drops into QuickBooks' bank-feed CSV import (Date, Description, Amount).
Live auto-sync with QuickBooks is the next step — it needs the Intuit connection switched on once by the account owner. Until then, CSV moves everything both ways.
